Fresh food, cakes, sweets, bakery items, snacks, beverages, customized goods are generally non-returnable after delivery/pickup except genuine verified issues or where law requires.

12. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may be cancellable only before preparation begins.

• Custom cakes, banquet, catering, scheduled, personalized, or bulk orders may not be cancellable after confirmation.

• Cancellation requests are subject to approval.

13. CUSTOM CAKES / EVENT ORDERS

• Handmade/custom products may vary slightly from sample images.

• Color/design/decor/garnish may vary.

• Spellings/messages provided by customer are customer responsibility.

• Advance payment may be required.

14. CATERING / BANQUET / BULK ORDERS

• Date/time booking subject to availability.

• Advance payment may be non-refundable depending on resources blocked.

• Final guest count and menu deadlines may apply.

• External decorators/vendors may require approval.

• Damages caused during event may be chargeable.
