💰 Refund Policy

We take pride in serving fresh and high-quality products.
Since we deal in perishable food items like meals, snacks, sweets, and cakes, we generally follow a no-return, no-refund policy once a product is delivered.

However, in rare cases where:

A wrong or damaged item is delivered
The product is not as described
Quality concerns are reported within 2 hours of delivery

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 15–30 minutes of placing them, if food preparation has not yet started.
Custom or pre-booked cake orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
